My son had a cavity that was hurting him for a couple of weeks. The dentist and her assistant were absolutely caring and wonderful with him. They told him step by step what would be done and took the time to make sure he was comfortable and doing well. Everyone in the office was so sweet and knowledgeable and right to it with no hesitation at all. Wonderful communication, and the vibe was fantastic in there. Thank you for saving my sons tooth and being wonderful women ❤️
The Smile Center in Chicago Heights is an amazing office and environment. Leah and Alma work the front desk and wonderful first point of contact. They are amazing; they offer exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond assisting patients with whatever they need. The dental assistants/hygienist are a pleasure to work with and great with children. I had a chance to meet Dr. Guster today; excellent bedside manner. Love this office
Absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and very professional facility is clean/maintained and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The last week was my third time there and on this visit I had a wisdom tooth extraction done. While in extreme pain even with anesthetics the doctor made sure that I was comfortable and paid very close attention to my needs and got the job done! I would recommend this office to any and everybody!
